The specialist will support marketing initiatives such as product promotions, email campaigns, and sales materials, and may assist with maintaining online product information. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing product training and support to customers, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other sales tools.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing opportunities in B2B or industrial markets.
- Background in Training or coaching customers or team members on products, features, and usage.
- Experience or interest in Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with leadership.
- Knowledge of electrical or industrial products (e.g., VFDs, motors, transformers, switch gear) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
