Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing system maintenance and repairs in residential properties to ensure proper function and safety.
- Install, replace, or repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites across the local area.
- Adhere to all relevant local building codes and safety regulations during service calls.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain work performed and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades that benefit the customer while supporting company growth.
