We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, routers, sanders, shapers, boring machines, and other production machinery.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based materials according to company standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Perform assembly of millwork products using hand and power tools.
- Sand, stain, paint, or apply other finishes as required.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervision.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, or construction experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, and production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
