What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Powell Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care?
The Licensed Nurse (LN) is responsible for working with the Health Services Clinical Team to coordinate care provided to residents by health care staff; promoting the health and wellbeing of each resident; and reporting observed changes in resident condition or health to the Director of Health Services and the Executive Director.
- Provides input to the assessment of resident care needs and the service plan
- In collaboration with the Administrator and Health Services Director, ensures the Health Service needs of each resident
- In collaboration with the Administrator and Health Services Director, ensures appropriate Medication Services for each resident
- Assists with staff training and orientation – see general training and orientation policies
- Delegates tasks according to Oregon Board of Nursing Rules and Regulations, as applicable
- Assist with Quality Assurance in collaboration with the Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
