Make Production Happen — Every WeekendSchedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.Step onto the floor and keep high-tech manufacturing moving. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair both automated and manual equipment, jump on urgent breakdowns, and keep a proactive eye on preventive maintenance. You’ll also support engineers on process and machinery improvements and ensure our facilities systems stay healthy.What You’ll Work OnProduction equipment: CNC laser cutting systems, CNC turret punch presses, robotic welding cells, automated material handling, and automated powder coat paint lines.Facilities systems: HVAC equipment, electrical infrastructure, and varied mechanical devices throughout the plant.Daily rhythm: Emergency response and scheduled PMs across any machine or system, plus collaboration with production and manufacturing engineers to enhance uptime and performance.How You’ll SucceedOperate as an organized, self-starting problem solver with the composure to work independently under time pressure from production customers.Thrive in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined team while pushing yourself to consistently deliver top performance.Qualifications2–4 years in a manufacturing maintenance environment.At least 75 classroom or seminar hours in core disciplines such as hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, welding, machine tools, and/or troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with CNC control systems.Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, plus mechanical drawings.Knowledge of the ISO 9000 quality system.Proficiency with PCs and Windows software.Basic command of English, written and verbal.Technical StrengthsEquipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnosticsHVAC/R systems; HVAC service, installation, troubleshooting, and repairMachine building/assembly and machine safety inspectionsPneumatics and hydraulicsCNC machine repair, installation, and troubleshootingElectrical installation and repairReady to keep cutting-edge manufacturing running at peak performance?
