What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager/ Operations Manager position at Powell Construction Services, LLC?
We are looking to grow our team by adding an additional Project Manager. Ideal candidates would be experienced in Masonry Construction supervision. The Project Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field, visiting each of their assigned job sites and will report directly to a Production Manager. Positions are available in Richmond, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Waynesboro, Charlottesville, Staunton and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure that workmanship aligns with plans and selections
- Communicate with subcontractors and coworkers via multiple mediums (phone, email, JobTread, etc.)
- Inspect and monitor job sites
- Maintain professional and positive attitude at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,306.46 - $79,852.95 per year
