Job Summary:

Powderbird, POWDR's heli-adventure operation out of Snowbird Utah, is seeking seasonal Ground Crew members to support the safe and efficient ground support for our operation. A commitment to safety, attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a desire to make a difference are essential for this opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guest safety from arrival to departure
• Daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading
• Radio dispatch, communication and flight following
• Building maintenance and cleaning as needed
• Snow removal
• Guest transportation
• Ski and snowboard rental setup
• Equipment maintenance
• Product maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

• High school degree or GED equivalent required
• Valid state issued driver's license
• Committed to safety in all aspects of work
• Previous experience in the snow sport industry preferred
• Use of snow blowers and snow removal equipment
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Must be able to hear normal conversations in a busy, crowded environment
• Vision must be within normal range to work safely and to read written information
• Must have the dexterity to use all equipment and utensils normally associated with the position
