We are growing and looking for a high-performing Western Territory Representative to expand our presence and strengthen partnerships throughout California, Nevada, and Oregon.

What You’ll Do
As the Western Territory Manager, you will take ownership of your region and drive revenue growth by:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers and retail partners
- Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new dealers
- Presenting and demonstrating premium livestock handling equipment
- Developing strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Supporting customers with product knowledge, troubleshooting, and installation when needed
- Collaborating with inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitoring industry trends
This role combines strategic sales development with hands-on field engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, self-directed sales professional who understands the agricultural industry and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 5 years of agricultural sales experience
- Direct experience with livestock and livestock handling equipment is helpful.
- Proven success selling premium-priced equipment or durable goods.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs and working with institutional purchasing departments preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Clean driving record

Physical & Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel throughout the Western territory
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must meet company safety standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
