Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organization of raw materials and components needed for production lines
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse or production floor
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, modify, or repair parts as required
- Conduct routine inspections of materials and equipment to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is highly desirable
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate material prep and handling
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing and warehouse operations
