Copy of BCLAD credential. 2. Copy of single subject teaching credential (Mathematics or other valid California teaching credential authorizing teaching mathematics). 3. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to include at least one (1) letter of reference from a supervising or site administrator. Applicants who have never held a full-time position, are encouraged to have a letter of reference from a site administrator where they completed their student teaching. 7.
