Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on various construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed during the concrete pouring and finishing process.
- Assist with frame carpentry tasks related to concrete forms and structures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but everyone is welcome to apply
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Must have a reliable vehicle. A truck is a plus.
