What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Pour on Center?
Pour on Center is looking for a Server to join our team. We are a small, family owned and operated restaurant in Ebensburg, PA. We are looking for a team player who is interested in working in a fast paced environment, serving curated cocktails & great food to our guests.
We offer a fun, family atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their meals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they enter our restaurant
- Explain menu items and answer questions
- Stand up for 4-10 hours per day, or be prepared to do so during scheduled shifts
- Bus tables efficiently and properly
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, trays, and tables
- Ensure all condiments, drinks, and food are stocked appropriately and are always ready to be used
- Comply with health code standards in the serving area
- Ensure that the floor, tableware, utensils, and sanitizing equipment is clean and properly maintained
- Assist other employees as needed
Experience:
- Experience in restaurant work environment is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position due to house policies and beverage service requirements.
- Valid RAMP server/seller certification OR willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
