Position Summary:
Our Kitchen Staff focus primarily on brewing high-quality coffees and preparing our exclusive creams with precision and care. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to protecting the secret recipes that make Pour Decisions Craft unique.
Responsibilities:
- Brew and prepare specialty coffees according to established recipes and standards
- Create and maintain house-made creams and other key ingredients with strict confidentiality
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Support front-of-house team as needed during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure inventory of ingredients is tracked and replenished in collaboration with management
- Uphold recipe confidentiality and proprietary preparation methods
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a kitchen, café, or beverage preparation role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect proprietary recipes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the role
- Must have Food Handler Certificate
