Are you crazy?? Does Billions or Suits or Succession excite you? Rapidly growing Tech Startup is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to help guide our organize our legal infrastructure. The ideal candidate aggressive energetic and have a desire to help build the next great startup. Must have a background healthcare law, startups, tech and transactional with the ability to answer and handle any complaints. This role involves providing legal advice, representing clients in litigation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. From tech privacy to App terms of service agreement, there's a variety of elements of this role. The monthly pay is not a lot. However, once funded, the pay will increase. Equity shares are an option in addition. This is mostly remote with occasional appearance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Startup experience
• Expertise in corporate structuring, cap tables and funding round transactions
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw is essential.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, tech and startup transactions
• Exceptional legal drafting abilities with attention to detail in all written communications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
