If you are committed to fostering growth, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring our team feels valued and inspired, we invite you to join our hospital and help shape our continued success.Depending on Experience, Key Responsibilities Include:Financial Leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.Strategic Direction: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.Team Leadership: Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Schedule, benefits and compensation**:This is a full-time position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.Compensation: $33-40 per hour, for each hour worked*Quarterly bonus opportunities: Based on hospital performanceHiring bonus package: Up to $2000 based on experience and credentialsCE allowance: up to $1,000 based on credentialsHealth package: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and disabilityEmployee Assistance Program401k optionsPaid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable lawPersonal pet discountUniform allowanceYour Qualifications:3 years of business management experience preferredVeterinary experience is preferred but not requiredCVPM or equivalent education preferredExceptional communication skills with a collaborative and servant leadership approachResilience and adeptness in handling emotionally charged situations.Proficiency in budget management preferred but can be developed Experience with team training and supervision.Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.About us:Poulsbo Animal Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, 3-doctor small animal practice operating in a modern, spacious facility with designated feline-friendly areas to reduce stress for our cat patients.
