Job Summary:
** Must have a very pleasant demeanor on the phone with great customer service etiquette when answering & making calls in a busy office environment.
- Answer all incoming calls & schedule customers for their needed service efficiently and with impeccable manners and scheduling accuracy.
- Call to schedule customers that are over due for their maintenance service and be effective in scheduling them.
- Be comfortable asking for and processing payments as needed.
- Effectively and calmly communicate to any customer that has a concern.
- Follow up on all jobs to make sure they have been completed fully, calling all customers to ensure everything is working properly and that all questions have been answered.
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with needed team members.
Experience:
- The most important attribute we are looking for is your energy, organization & ability to learn. We want the right person on our team! Must be comfortable learning new computer software & speaking on the phone with customers. No experience needed on the following (as we will train the right individual) but experience with the following is a plus:
Proficient in Google Docs & have a general working knowledge of computers and web based apps.
Experience with Jobber or or similar field service management software.
Requirements:
- Pass drug test. We are a Drug Free Workplace.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record for the last 5-years.
- Speak fluent English

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
