Poulin Antique & Auctions in Fairfield, Maine - One of the top leading auction houses in North America is currently seeking applicants for a Full-Time Janitorial/Operations Position
This position is primarily janitorial duties of our facilities as well as support to our operations team to include these qualifications needed to apply:
- Janitorial duties - maintaining the cleanliness of all bathrooms as well as all offices and public areas of our buildings inside and out.
- Be reliable and report to work on time daily.
- Must work well with others within a team atmosphere.
- Have a great work ethic.
- Have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Move inventory from one department/building to another.
- Have strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Have the ability to multi task.
- Pack items up for shipping.
- Have no problems working independently.
- Full Time 9-5 with overtime as needed.
- Overtime and weekend work expected/required during auction and auction catalog production times.
