Poughkeepsie Nissan’s high-volume Service Department is HIRING NOW for a Service Support Specialist to support daily operations in our Service Department. You will play a key part in keeping the shop organized, maintaining smooth vehicle flow, and ensuring video multi-point inspections (MPIs) are completed and presented clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Move, stage, and organize vehicles throughout the service process to support efficient workflow
- Assist with vehicle check-in, technician dispatch, and customer delivery staging
- Maintain clear and organized service lanes, parking areas, and shop flow
- Support Video Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) by ensuring videos are completed, properly attached, and meet quality standards
- Review video MPIs for clarity, completeness, and professional presentation
- Communicate any missing or incomplete inspections to the service team in real time
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized, including bays, drive lanes, and common areas
- Monitor and address spills, debris, and general shop upkeep throughout the day
- Assist with routine shop maintenance tasks and organization of shared equipment
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices and basic apps (for video inspections and task tracking)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay active throughout the shift
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior dealership, porter, valet, or service department experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
