Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in product selection by explaining features, benefits, and usage instructions
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase vaping devices and accessories effectively
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and process cash handling with precision
• Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory counts
• Handle cash drawer operations responsibly, including cash register operations and balancing cash at shift end
• Provide clear phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support store merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that highlight featured products
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and store policies during daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a customer-focused environment
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of retail store products related to vaping or electronics is advantageous but not required—training will be provided
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and merchandising displays
