- Demonstrates successful completion of at least two years of post-secondary?study
- OR already holds or will complete by the start of the assignment an?Associates or higher degree
- OR holds a certificate showing successful completion of an assessment selected by the state or by the employing school district that meets state and federal standards and that demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to assist in instruction of reading, writing, and mathematics.
- These pay rates are based on the 2025-26 school year rates and will be updated when approved during the negotiations process for the 2026-27 school year*

- Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to PSD (existing employees please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule). PSD engages in a salary placement process vs. a salary negotiation process.
