**SUMMARY: **

**JOB TASKS: **
- Initiate collaboration within and among school teams and departments, including classified staff.
- Collaborate regularly with school leadership team to sustain effective and efficient MTSS efforts.
- Assess progress of implementation efforts and assist with resource mapping for systemic change.
- Provide training and guidance for school staff as related to the MTSS framework.
- Facilitate team based collaborative problem-solving processes.
- Attend ongoing MTSS professional development and coordinator meetings.
- Collect, analyze and summarize student and school data from multiple sources to inform decisions, and interact effectively with data systems (ie: Enrich, Synergy).
- Communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with students, staff, and families.
- Collaborate: a. With teachers, central office, administrators, and other colleagues to enhance instruction and improve student outcomes. b. With colleagues in team and building-based meetings and discussions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to: a. Understand, appreciate, and make accommodations for student diversity. b. Include and engage families in the student's education. c. Support all Poudre School District policies, procedures, and expectations. d. Provide personal and professional excellence.

- Attend work and arrive in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with proper teaching licensure program required.
- Experience instructing students in a classroom setting required.
- Leadership at school or district level preferred.
- Criminal background check required for hire.
- Valid Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsements required.
- CPR and First Aid certifications encouraged.
