Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in mechanical systems maintenance.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
- Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and their application in industrial machinery.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and flexible hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility with complex machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective repairs on various manufacturing equipment.
- Climb ladders and access elevated areas safely to inspect and service machinery components.
- Work with three-phase electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues related to mechanical equipment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing all maintenance tasks.
- Be available to work overtime or extended shifts as needed to support production demands and emergency repairs.
