THE VITAL BOOKKEEPING ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
This is a full-time bookkeeping position with a schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
As our Finance Controller, you will oversee all accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, budget planning, and forecasting. You'll prepare and publish monthly financial statements, coordinate regulatory reporting, and ensure compliance with government requirements. Your role will be pivotal in supporting month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining financial transactions' accuracy, and managing general ledger functions. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the executive team to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic financial decisions. Your expertise in financial management will contribute to the company's growth and success, making a direct impact on our operations!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- 4 years of building and maintaining P&L statements, balance sheets, and budgets and forecasting profitability
- Ability to help set and track KPIs
