THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE
This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
You, as our Electrical Service Manager, lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring superior customer service and technical proficiency. You organize service schedules, collaborate with the office manager for optimal efficiency, and supervise vehicle and equipment upkeep. Your technical insights assist the sales team, and you manage inventory levels to meet service needs promptly. Swiftly addressing customer complaints, you maintain service quality and uphold Potts Electric's reputation for excellence.
Here's what we need from you:
- 2 years of leadership or management experience in the residential electrical service sector
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including relevant codes and practices
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a proven record of fostering a high-performance team
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Steadfast commitment to safety and regulatory adherence
