- Outdoor Florida weather (HOT!).
- Weekend availability is required 100%.
- We only close 3 days a year: Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Drug-free workplace.
- We do background checks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Stocking and organizing inventory daily.
- Packing and shipping orders if required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site.
- Landscape work when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow on the job.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
