Role Description The Visual Associate role is a part-time, on-site position located in Short Hills, NJ. This role focuses on executing visual merchandising plans that reflect Pottery Barn’s brand standards, including setting floor displays, arranging furniture, and styling accessories. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing signage, maintaining window and in-store presentations, replenishing decor, and ensuring that all displays are clean, organized, and inviting. The Visual Associate collaborates with store leadership and sales teams to support promotions, new product launches, and seasonal floor sets, while adapting layouts based on customer traffic and sales trends. This position also involves basic stock handling, light furniture movement, and adherence to all safety and loss-prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong visual merchandising, styling, and spatial planning skills, with an eye for color, balance, and detail.

- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
