About The Role
Work as in-house stylist to lead, develop and manage daily workflow for the digital photography studio to deliver the best photographic representation of the company's products and brand identity across multiple platforms and channels in accordance with corporate and strategic goals.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $80,000 - $87,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. About The Role
Work as in-house stylist to lead, develop and manage daily workflow for the digital photography studio to deliver the best photographic representation of the company's products and brand identity across multiple platforms and channels in accordance with corporate and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Work with Art Directors and photographers to assist and maintain day-to-day styling of merchandise focused photography
- Support Art Directors to concept and update photo style guide
- Style textiles, décor and furniture to create a magical room for our customers
- Styling product on set and helping to manage a coordinated effort to most efficiently product photos based on direction from individual Art Directors and creative teams
- Support multiple concurrent photo shoots within the photo studio with the ability to prioritize duties to stay on schedule and meet deadlines
- Responsible for assisting the Merchandise Coordinators in obtaining, organizing, maintain and preparing merchandise samples for photoshoots
- Support Videographers to assure consistency across photo and footage captures
- Ensure product is photo-ready and confirms seasonal styling guide
- Ensure the product is styled to showcase the product well for customer view
- Troubleshoot and prioritize direction from creative on set to meet creative and business needs
- 3 years styling experience, high-volume e-comm experience preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
