Potters Table Bakery is looking for a Baking & Order Fulfillment Steward—a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support both our baking and fulfillment operations. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in a flexible, community-driven environment and values craftsmanship, organization, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

✔ Baking Assistance – Train in our artisan bakery, assisting with flatbread and cracker production.

✔ Order Fulfillment – Pack and ship direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders with precision and care. Mistakes can be costly, so attention to detail is critical.

✔ Deliveries & Receiving – Handle local deliveries and receive incoming shipments.

✔ Inventory & Supply Management – Track and reorder supplies for packaging and fulfillment.

✔ Packaging Support – Work with the team to ensure beautifully packaged products.

✔ Administrative Duties – Maintain accurate shipping and supply records.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina – Able to lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic Tech Skills – Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and shipping/inventory software (or willing to learn).
• Team-Oriented with Initiative – Works well with others while taking responsibility for tasks.
• Reliable Transportation – Needed for local deliveries.

Preferred but Not Required:

➕ Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management – Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or stock tracking is a plus.

➕ Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or warehouse setting – Food safety and production knowledge is helpful.

➕ Interest in artisan baking or food production – Someone who values craftsmanship and quality will thrive here.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
