Print Production Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the printing industry a passion for helping customers and. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing support throughout the printing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide information on product offerings, pricing, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the production to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Assist in generating quotes and processing orders according to company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital, wide format, sublimation and direct to film printing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
