You’ll be at the heart of our accounts receivable operations—ensuring timely payments, supporting credit processes, and keeping our financial records accurate and audit-ready.
Job Details
• Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (Non-exempt)
• Work Environment: Office setting
• Department: Credit Reports to: Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Make daily in-house collection calls to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Review and release pending orders on the credit hold screen
• Process credit applications and onboard new customers
• Maintain accurate customer records through precise data entry
• Monitor accounts for payment issues and resolve billing discrepancies
• Record check deposits and credit card payments
• Support month-end and year-end AR close activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
• SAP experience in AR, Credit, and Cash Posting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
