What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Service Coordinator position at Potters Industries?
The Accounts Service Coordinator is responsible to provide customer service tasks in support of sales of traffic paint, equipment, and service. Will process orders over the phone, computer and support the bidding of paint products. Performs quotes of paint and equipment plus entering of purchase orders. Registers sales personnel for trade shows and will assist with website maintenance.
This position pays $64,200.00
What you will be doing:
- Provide product and service information and resolving product and service problems
- Create and Maintain customer accounts in SAP by securing accurate information
- Assist with closing responsibilities including required reporting
- Maintain all data including pricing in SAP
- Sales of traffic paint, athletic field marking paint, equipment and related items Issue purchase orders for drop ship items
- Order office supplies, break room supplies and promotional items Complete formal RFQ's and bids, coordinate with Potters Bid Admin
- Register Director of Business Development for trade shows, memberships and dues Advertisements and website input to maintain
- Additional duties assigned by Manager, as needed
- Customer Service
- Provide customer quotations
- Order Entry including processing credit cards SAP training
Minimum Requirements:
Highschool diploma or GED
7 plus years minimum customer service in office and telephone
7 plus years of order entry including processing credit card and cash payment experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
