The Role & Pay
We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting Pay: $13-$16 (Requires previous pizza industry experience for higher end pay).
- Note: Candidates without pizza experience are still encouraged to apply for Team Lead roles, though the starting rate for training may vary. Leadership experience is a .
- Availability: Must be available for nights and weekends.
- Overtime: Plenty of opportunities for OT by picking up extra shifts!

Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations or FOH during night and weekend rushes. Flexible schedule available.
- Ensure every pizza meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service is top notch
- Mentor and coach team members on efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive workspace.
- Redirect situations, hold team members accountable for a strong positive culture.
Requirements
- Previous Pizza Experience: Required for the higher starting rate, willing to train but cannot start at higher pay rate. (stretching dough, topping, oven management).
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a cool head.
