Join Our Team!
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable After-School Teacher to join our childcare center. If you enjoy working with elementary-aged children and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of elementary-aged children during the after-school program.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, homework support, and outdoor play.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Encourage kindness, teamwork, and respect while supporting each child's social and emotional growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
- A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass all required background checks.
