What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Lead and mentor a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture where innovation and collaboration are valued.
- Troubleshoot and solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Train, develop, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team.
What You Bring:
- College degree and / or 3 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a small manufacturing setting is preferred.
