Are you a driven sales professional ready to take ownership of a thriving territory? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand Valcom’s footprint across the Central U.S. and parts of Canada. You’ll build relationships, drive revenue, and shape the future of communication technology.
As a key contributor to our national sales team, you will:
- Maximize sales performance by managing your territory with independence and accountability
- Create and execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with company goals
- Build strong, long-term customer and channel partner relationships
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Represent Valcom at trade shows, association events, and customer meetings
- Deliver compelling product presentations to key decision-makers
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to proactively adjust your strategy
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- A minimum of 5 years of direct or related sales experience — ideally in Audio, Networking, Communications, or Telephony industries
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to grow market share and manage complex sales cycles
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex solutions
- Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time; non-standard hours may occasionally be required
