A day in the life- Start your shift by reviewing the operation manual and following written steps to drive consistency in how each unit is assembled.
- Assemble components using hand tools—including pliers, screwdrivers, and box cutters—as well as appropriate power tools.
- Package completed parts into cartons and finish with auto tape dispensers to prepare product for shipment.
- Champion safety by adhering to all company safety measures to maintain a safe, secure workspace.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive environment by proactively resolving conflicts and helping others.
- Work with manufacturing leaders to incorporate feedback that lifts performance and product quality.
- Pitch in with additional tasks as needed to help your team hit milestones.
- Comfort performing repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part).
- Strong time management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative, respectful communication style.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual.
- Proficiency in machine building/assembling and blueprint reading.
