Unleash your potential with a competitive starting base salary of $120,000, plus bonuses that reflect your exceptional skills and experience, providing the freedom to pursue your passions. In addition to your salary, you will be bonused on any cases you generate, as well as other incentive structures that can be tailored to fit your particular goals (more money, more work-life balance, etc).
Performance bonuses: Your results are rewarded. Earn bonuses based on your performance and collections, so the quality and efficiency of your work show up in your paycheck.
Origination bonuses: Bring in a client and you share in the reward. You earn an additional bonus on any case you originate and bring into the firm.
Hybrid work: three days in our Land O’ Lakes office and up to two days remote.
A billable target of 1,750 hours per year, a target we set to be competitive and to leave room for quality work and for the client service our reputation depends on.
Meaningful autonomy: you handle your matters mostly on your own from start to finish, with direction and collaboration with one of the managing attorneys for the Firm. You confer on strategy, and you aren’t micromanaged.
