About the Firm: We handle commercial, real estate, personal injury, and business litigation with the sophistication of a large firm and the agility of a boutique. We are seeking a junior litigation associate who is ready to take on meaningful cases, develop courtroom experience, and maintain a balanced workload in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation based on experience and comfortability.
• Draft and argue substantive motions; appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
• Contribute to firm and client development initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• Approximately 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred (but we will consider exceptional candidates with any level of experience) (commercial, real estate, or general civil litigation experience preferred).
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage cases independently under partner supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience and bonus structure)
• Billable Expectation: Approximately 1,700 hours annually, with some credit for firm and client development activities
