Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong technical and leadership expertise to oversee and drive complex, cross-functional programs in a highly technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of direct experience managing and delivering large-scale technology programs, demonstrating an ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure program alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Interface with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to define and deliver requirements.
  • Manage multiple project timelines and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
  • Drive adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies as applicable.
  • Ensure program personnel maintain continuity for at least one year.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 7 years of experience leading technical programs or large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated hands-on coding experience (e.g., scripting, automation, or application development).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
