Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Interface with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to define and deliver requirements.
- Manage multiple project timelines and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Drive adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies as applicable.
- Ensure program personnel maintain continuity for at least one year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 7 years of experience leading technical programs or large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on coding experience (e.g., scripting, automation, or application development).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
