Duties
- Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles with precision and care
- Sort laundry items based on fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies to uphold safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support the overall cleanliness of guest areas by performing light cleaning duties as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, and folding
- Ability to operate commercial laundry machines safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
