The Activities Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive life enrichment program that enhances the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of residents. This role ensures residents are engaged in meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life in accordance with community standards and applicable regulations.
Plan, organize, and implement a monthly activities calendar that offers a variety of engaging programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
Facilitate daily group and individual activities, including recreational, educational, social, and wellness-based programs
Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
Encourage and promote resident participation and engagement in all programs
