What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant position at Potomac Courts Assisted Living?
Assist in organizing and leading daily activities such as games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events
Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one engagement as needed
Help set up and clean up activity spaces and materials
Observe and report changes in residents’ mood, behavior, or participation to the Activities Director
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
