Our Alexandria-based outpatient mental health practice is hiring a Full-Time Receptionist / Scheduling & Billing Coordinator to be the first friendly face (and voice) our clients meet. You’ll help create a welcoming, stress-free experience from the very first call to the final invoice — all in-person at our cozy office.

What you’ll do:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism (in person phone)
- Manage scheduling for therapists and clients
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Keep our records accurate and organized
- Be the calm in the storm when things get busy
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in a mental health or medical office
- Know your way around PIMSY EHR (or can learn it quickly)
- Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile
- Speak more than one language
