Asphalt Maintenance Sales and Account Manager - Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission
Position Overview:
Pothole Heroes is looking for a Business-to-Business Sales representative in the Charlotte, NC area. Your primary responsibilities will be to cultivate new opportunities and relationships, estimate projects, create proposals, as well as service existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Strong Organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- In this role you will cultivate new opportunities and relationships as well as service existing customers
- Maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers, and industry contacts
- Visit project location, attend pre-bid meetings, and assess drawings and specifications
- Manage sales leads from initiation through to closure
- Act as a problem solver and uses brainstorming, collaboration, and teamwork to help drive the best outcomes for our business and for our customers
- Assist Operations with Project Management and Completion
- Assist Office Staff with Invoicing and Collections
