Potesta & Associates, Inc., an engineering and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a full-time position is available immediately for a detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, and assisting with payroll, employee insurance claims, and the accounts receivable department. The position requires strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
A college degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience is required.
