What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist/Clinic Director position at Potential Therapy Services?
Physical Therapist – Farmington, Missouri
Potential Therapy Services
Potential Therapy Services is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Farmington team, and we’re looking for more than someone to simply fill a position. We want the right therapist to find a place where they can build a career, develop their strengths, and provide the kind of patient care they’re proud of.
You don’t have to call Farmington home to find your place at Potential. We encourage Physical Therapists from surrounding communities, the greater St. Louis area, and beyond to apply.
Potential Therapy Services is a privately owned physical therapy practice built around personalized, hands-on care. We believe great therapy starts with listening to the patient, understanding their goals, and working one-on-one to help them get back to the activities that matter most to them.
A Role That Can Grow With You
This opportunity can be shaped around the right therapist.
If you love treating patients and want to focus on clinical care, this can be a stand-alone Physical Therapist position with no management responsibilities.
If leadership is something you're interested in, there is also an opportunity to grow into a Clinic Director role. Previous management experience is not required. We believe some of the strongest clinic leaders are great clinicians first, and we are willing to support the right person as they grow into leadership.
A New Space Built for Better Rehabilitation
Our Farmington clinic will soon move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to give our therapists more opportunities to progress patients beyond traditional treatment.
The new clinic will feature an open performance space, turf, and equipment that supports progressive loading, strength training, dynamic movement, running, sport-specific rehabilitation, and real-world return-to-activity progressions.
Whether your interests are orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, active adults, older adults, post-surgical recovery, or another area of physical therapy, we want to give you room to develop the areas of practice you're passionate about.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at Potential, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
You'll educate and encourage patients throughout the rehabilitation process, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients and provide personalized, one-on-one care rather than an assembly-line approach to therapy.
