Full-Time Behavior Technician
Location: Potenetial's Newtown clinic, schools, daycares, and more in Newtown and the surrounding communities
Schedule: available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm and two afternoons a week
Entry-Level: this position is entry-level and does not require prior certification. We provide comprehensive paid training before you begin working with clients.

Behavior Technicians play a pivotal role in transforming lives using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a vital therapy for children ages 2-18 with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will:

To thrive as a Behavior Technician at Potential Inc., you'll need:
- A lively blend of skills and enthusiasm! Engaging with active children and adolescents requires a playful spirit and the ability to keep pace with their energy.
- Basic proficiency with technology is essential, as you'll access client plans, collect data, write session notes, and complete timesheets efficiently.
- Being receptive to feedback from your clients' Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) is crucial, as it helps you refine your techniques and enhance your effectiveness during future sessions.
- This position not only allows you to hone your skills but also equips you with the training and experience needed to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam to earn the RBT credential.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Full-time access to reliable transportation to see clients throughout Lower Bucks County (Newtown and the surrounding communities or Warminster and the surrounding communities)
- Available Monday - Friday between 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and two afternoons per week
- Ability to attend an employer-sponsored training program that prepares you to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam to obtain the RBT credential
