Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Corporate Office – Feasterville-Trevose, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: Salaried position starting at $30,000 (additional pay available based on experience)

We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our mission-driven, collaborative team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff and visitors, and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment at our corporate office.
- Provide general administrative support to keep programs and operations running smoothly
- Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking voicemail, and processing daily mail
- Offer professional, friendly customer service to visitors, clients, and staff
- Assist with scheduling appointments and performing data entry to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members, taking on additional tasks as needed to support efficient office workflow
- A strong communicator who is comfortable interacting professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling programs
- Experienced in administrative or front desk functions (preferred)
- Calm under pressure and capable of handling a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity
- Passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive team environment
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative or front-office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
