Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Potential Inc.'s Corporate Office (Feasterville-Trevose, PA)
Schedule: available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant you will:
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of programs and operations.
- Oversee Front Office Duties: Answer phones, check voicemail/text messages, and handle daily mail.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, staff, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Complete Scheduling & Data Entry Tasks: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with our Team: Contribute to the team's success by completing additional tasks as needed to support the overall office workflow.
To thrive as an Administrative Assistant at Potential Inc., you'll need:
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling programs.
- Experience in Administration: Previous experience handling front desk duties, answering phones, and scheduling is a plus!
- Calm Under Pressure: A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to support the team and provide excellent service to clients.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative or front office experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.
